If you like to travel, and run your own business, then you can make this a good part time, or full time job, as a mobile notary public. It is relatively pretty simple and easy to become a notary public, and sometimes it can be done in as little as one day. You can even learn to be a notary public from some internet websites, so do some searches, and check out several sites. There are lots of reason why people need items notarized, real estate exchanges, legal papers, court papers, divorce papers, and the list keeps growing with many reasons. Most notary public's charge by the signature.
You should have some nice magnetic signs made up, and put them on your automobile, with your contact information. Also, it's good to send out fliers to prival post offices, mail box rentals, senior citizen centers, real estate offices, and any place else that might need to have things notarized on a regular basis. You can offer businesses discount on multiple signatures, since your already their notarizing their signatures. You don't have to be an expert in the papers they are showing you, you need to be an expert in checking and obtaining correct signatures as a notary public. You can do this type of business from any type of automobile, and with gas prices they way they are these days, you could do this on a motorcycle also and have fun!

49. Mobile Windshield Replacement

You can work for yourself and start your own mobile business, replacing windshields, in cars and trucks everywhere. You can scout around for various prices on windshields, keeping in mind, that the most common cars and trucks, like the Ford F150 or Toyota Camry, are windshields you might want to carry a few of. Don't worry, about not having enough Ferrari windshields in stock, as you can get your hands on those later.
In any given city or town, you should be able to shop, and compare prices, for basic windshields, and then you will have a good feel for what each supplier has in stock for you to work with. If you can buy a windshield wholesale for $100, and sell it for $300, and add extra money for installing it on the spot, at their work or home, you could do really good. You should contact as many suppliers of windshields as you can get your hands on, so that when a customer calls you for a windshield, you have a pretty good idea if it will be in stock, or where you can get one from, and for how much. You don't need to have to many windshields in stock, just as long as you know where to get them when you need them.
Don't be afraid to ask the owner for a discount. You would be buying windshields from him, and others on a regular basis, and every business deal is negotiable, so it never hurts to ask for a better deal, so let them know you need a good discount! It's a good idea to have a pick up truck, or van, to haul the windshields with, and try to make good protection from any breakage. Lots of automobiles get their cars broken into and windows smasher, or just a rock tumbling off a work truck and hitting the car behind it's windshield as they are driving down the road. You can also add rear and side windows to make even more money.
